CHARITY RAFFLE! Closes 31st July

Enter to win the number 1 bottles of two single cask bottlings, signed by legendary Master Distiller, Jim McEwan! The value of these exclusive signed bottles could be up to £1,000.

This whisky is dedicated to the memory of Hamish R. Jardine stalwart of TACC who died of a rare disease called Amyloidosis. Amyloidosis is a rare disease caused by the abnormal deposition and accumulation of protein in the tissues of the body. Profits from the sale of these whiskies will be donated to the Royal Free Charity. The National Amyloidosis Centre at the Royal Free Hospital in London has been at the cutting edge of treatment and research into all aspects of amyloidosis for more than 25 years. Its highly specialised service has been providing diagnoses and care to amyloidosis patients locally and throughout the UK since 1999. This work is currently exploring whether there is the potential to create cutting-edge immunotherapy for amyloidosis.

CHARITY RAFFLE! Clos

NEW EXCLUSIVE RELEASE!

We are excited to collaborate with @lindoresabbeydistillery to release two single cask bottlings. Both are available in store and on our website now!

The first is a The Australian Sweet Apera Cask. ‘Apera’ is the new Australian term for sherry. This Sweet Apera is made in the classic Amontillado style. Delicate sherry aromas, with hints of honey. Medium bodied, with a soft finish.

The second is matured in a Tawny Port cask. Tawny Port is a sweet, fortified wine from Portugal, aged in wooden barrels to develop a nutty, caramel-rich flavor and a reddish-brown color. It is the first time that anyone in the UK has sold this type of cask from Lindores, so it is one to savour!
