🚨NEW STOCK ALERT🚨
Daftmill Distillery Summer Batch Release 2012
Limited Edition, only 5250 bottles
The barley variety Concerto was grown in the South fields and harvested on the 2nd and 3rd of September 2011. It was then dried and stored on the darm to be malted in Alloa during the Spring of 2012. The twenty-three first-fill barrels in this release, which had previously been used to mature bourbon, were matured on the upper level of their dunnage warehouse. They were filled into cask in July and August of 2012 and bottled in June 2025.

We've had a great couple of weeks recently, enjoying the sun, some good company, and some great drams! 🥃
Ewan headed down to Marr Hall to co-ordinate a blind beer, gin, and whisky tasting for a company's 50th anniversary.
We had some great whisky tastings, and also headed up to Blair Castle, where we operated our pop-up bar for the Atholl Highlanders!
