This bottle of Ardbeg 1991 Signatory is an independent bottling which was produced in the Islay region of Scotland.
Here's a rare independently bottled Ardbeg from Signatory Vintage. The spirit was distilled in February of 1991, at a time when Ardbeg was producing relatively little. It was matured for eight years in two casks, which were then bottled at natural colour by Signatory in June of 1999. A chance to experience an Ardbeg of a bygone era!
