GLENDULLAN DISTILLERY 18yo Signatory Vintage 56.7% abv 700ml
An 18-year-old Glendullan Speyside single malt, distilled on 5th September 2008 and bottled on 11th September 2026 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.
This single-cask release was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, Cask No. 3, giving the whisky a deep amber colour and bringing a rich sherry influence to Glendullan’s typically soft, fruity spirit. The long maturation and active first-fill cask should provide plenty of dried fruit, dark caramel, warming spice and nutty character, balanced by the distillery’s underlying orchard fruit and malt.
Bottled at a natural cask strength of 56.7% ABV, without chill filtration and with natural colour, the cask yielded just 672 bottles. A richly sherried, full-strength Glendullan showcasing a less commonly seen side of this long-established Speyside distillery.

The distillery started life in 1897 when it was built by the Aberdeen blender and broker William Williams who had also signed an exclusivity deal with nearby Glenfiddich. Williams merged with Greenlees Brothers and was absorbed within DCL in 1925. A second distillery was built next door in 1972 and run in tandem with the original site. In 1985, the original plant was closed and ‘Glendullan 2’ now provides liquid for blends and the Singleton of Glendullan brand which was launched in 2007 as an exclusive for the North American market.
A bioplant, which processes the spent lees, was opened on-site in 2014.
