TALISKER 10yo Classic Malts of Scotland 45.8 % abv 70cl A stunning 1990s bottle of Talisker, bottled for Diageo’s Classic Malts of Scotland series. These early iterations have a wonderful label design which incorporates a map of the rugged Isle of Skye. Bottled after ten years in oak, this vibrant whisky carries all the hallmark flavours of Talisker, with a hit of brackish peat, notes of smoked kippers, fresh melons, and sticky toffee pudding. Elegance and power in equal measures. The Classic Malts of Scotland are six iconic single malt whiskies selected to represent the diversity of Scotch whisky styles and regions launched in 1988 by United Distillers and Vintners, now part of Diageo, to showcase the distinct flavors of single malt Scotch and promote them alongside the more popular blended whiskies of the time. The original six malts were carefully chosen to highlight the diversity of Scotland’s whisky regions and styles
