Old St Andrews draws on blending expertise spanning over 75 years in the Scotch whisky trade, with the company's blenders having become distillery owners in their own right. The Clubhouse expression marries mature malt whiskies from Speyside, the Highlands, and Islay with three carefully selected grain whiskies. The blend is matured in European oak casks that previously held sherry, port, or sweet wines, contributing layers of dried fruit and spice character that anchor the final spirit.
